How will I know when the migration is complete?

Mochadocs will notify you via email when your account is successfully migrated to the new platform. 

How will my price be impacted?

Your subscription was and is still subject to change based upon 8. Billing and Renwal in the Customer Terms of Service and Master Terms Contract Management Hub.   

Will I lose functionality?

Your account will not lose any features or functionality. The Legacy Enterprise Subscription Contract Management I, II or II will contain the minimum of the already existing Mochadocs Contract Management software. Although we try to introduce modifications in a minimally disruptive way, some individual users may see changes to the features and functionality available to them, based on their full user assignment.  You can control the level of access your users have based on seat assignment (full user or view user). Please review the Product & Services Catalog for specific details on seat feature functionality.

How will my users be updated to the new seat types?

We’re committed to providing a smooth and fair transition to the new user model. Here’s what customers can expect for how their users will be updated to the new user types.

The managers, administrators and viewers will have the rights and functionality they had in the the old from the old Mochadocs Contract Management. After migration, Workplace owners can (re)assign functionality for full users or view users.  If you need to add additional users as your business grows post-migration, the user type for new users will depend on the level of access needed. Users who need to edit in Mochadocs Manage will require to be full user.

Where can I see my updated seat types?

Once complete, you’ll be able to view your updated user types in the new Mochadocs Manage CLM application.  Additionally, Super Admins will be able to see their assigned users and their updated user types in the Users Area of their Mochadocs settings (Workspace). 

I work with a Certified Mochadocs Solutions Partner , do I need to pay for their seat access?

No. If you’re currently working with a Certified Mochadocs Solutions Partner who has access to your account, we’ll automatically assign those Partner users a Partner Seat at no additional cost to you.  If you work with (more) Certified Mochaocs Solution Partners in the future, you won’t need to pay for them to access your account.

In recent years, our commitment to product innovation has strengthened the value that customers get from Mochadocs. Our updated Mochadocs Manage user-based pricing model will make it easier for businesses of all sizes to tap into that value and grow better.

With our new pricing model, customers can expect to pay only as they grow, with a flexible pricing model that removes administrators, managers and viewers-seats and introduces full users and view users. Additionally, with the introduction of the new Core Seat, customers will be able to give their team a shared experience in Mochadocs CLM.

What’s changing with the new pricing model? 

Mochadocs new pricing model is flexible, scalable, and connected. The new pricing model has key features:

No user minimums for the Professional subscription. This will give customers greater control over their total cost of ownership when starting with Mochadocs. Only full users in the Mochadocs Manage CLM Professional subscription.

View User for users in Mochadocs Manage - Team and Enterprise esbscription - who don’t need edit in Mochadocs nor need to receive alerts.

This new pricing model will strengthen our ability to invest in ongoing product innovation and development, which helps us maximize the value you get from Mochadocs. 

How will this impact existing customers?

All existing customers will be migrated to the Legacy Enterprise Subscription. Please read the next section for more information on what to expect at migration.
